At Merwave, we want you to love your curls. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
